This year’s Festival of Trees was good. The theme was Inspiring Joy, which on the artistic side of things was a little too open-ended for me. I fell a little short on inspiration for the poster. I wanted it to be light airy with the ball of mistletoe hanging in the middle. I’m happy enough with how the Mistletoe came out, but the design of the poster as a whole leaves a bit to be desired in my opinion.
